On January 25th, a large audience gathered at the ACC Hye Getron's Lazarian Hall for a special event sponsored by the Armenian Cultural Association of British Columbia.
Guests heard the inspiring story behind Once Upon a Time in Ethiopia, Garbis Korajian's memoir recounting his life and the remarkable history of Armenians in Ethiopia.
Garbis Korajian presented in both English and Armenian, sharing insights and visual slides highlighting the Armenian community's enduring legacy in Ethiopia.
Attendees had the opportunity to purchase copies of the book and have them personally signed by the author.
